Despite it not being the most comfortable thing to wear through the night, it is working. It has helped my heel pain when I get up in the morning and overall the heel pain is lessening.

I wear it at night.
It has helped with the awful pain I have in my feet I still have pain but has improved somewhat.
Not so great is that during the night it makes my muscles cramp real bad and I have to take it off

The sock stretches the toes too high. The sock irritates the skin where a seam is against the skin. Why did they put stitching against the skin, that could easily have been placed away from the skin? Also the stitching is coming out. The fabric could be improved by using a blend, not whatever it is, which is hard and irritating (I suspect nylon). I would not recommend this product.
