Walk Mode

Walking is an underrated form of exercise and recovery. Research shows that walking can increase mental and physical health. Walk Mode is a new sport mode based on the steps instead of distance. This is due to inaccuracy of the GPS in some urban environments (due to speed, frequent stops, arm movements and other factors). Step counting is a unique and improved metric that can be set up for indoor (GPS disabled) or outdoor use, giving you flexibility to track you walks when and wherever you want. In indoor mode, it estimates distance based on cadence and stride data.
